How it Works

Each course is  2.0 COPE hours.  These hours count as distance learning (not live).

Each features an update on the topic followed by 20 multiple choice questions which must be answered

Once you pass the test with 70% or greater, a CE certificate will be mailed to you by Univ Alabama-Birmingham optometry school

The Fees

You have 4 options on how to take these courses

1.  One course at a time (2hrs each).  The cost to do this is $50

2.  Four 2hr courses (Total of 8 CE hours).   This costs $99

3.  Eight 2hr courses (Total of 16 CE hours).  This costs $160

4.  Twelve 2hr courses (Total of 24 CE hours). This costs $220

The Fine Print

Many states have changed their CE requirements to allow for distance based learning in light of the Coronavirus pandemic.   All courses are COPE approved but it is ultimately your responsibility to check with your state board as to the amount of allowable hours and acceptable categories in your particular state.

The agendas and prices for all events are subject to change.   All courses are submitted to ARBO for COPE approval.  It is your responsibility to see if your state accepts these courses for license renewal.   Sponsors and exhibitors will be given names and addresses of attendees -- no emails or phone numbers.  Our live meetings typically include a hot breakfast and lunch buffet.  There may be an additional charge for special dietary needs.
