1. Download the registration form below in either Word or PDF, print it, and mail to us with a check
2. Download the registration form below and fax to us or send as an email attachment.  We will then send you a link to pay by credit card.
3. OUR NEWEST OPTION: REGISTER AND PAY ONLINE.     Please note that if you are ordering a Flashdrive or Notebook in addition to TQ courses you cannot register online.   If you are doing weekend only or one day only and doing either USB flashdrive, Notebook, or TQ you can still register online.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations are subject to a $175 fee. No refund or credit is given after March 17th or for no-shows. 

NO EXCEPTIONS. By registering for the course you are agreeing to these terms.

 CONFIRMATION will be EMAILED to you after payment has been processed. 

We communicate almost exclusively by email so make sure that our email is on your safe list so our emails don’t go into your spam folder. 

All courses are COPE approved. It is your responsibility to see if your state accepts these for CE credit 

  ADD-ONS  Handouts can be downloaded and printed for free from our website one week prior to the meeting.

 If you want us to provide them on a USB flash drive or paper notebook there is an additional fee. 

These items can be added on to your registration.
