HOW TO REGISTER
We have 3 ways to register for our meeting
- The Simplest and Fastest way is to click the button below and register directly online
- Download the registration form at the bottom of the page in either Word or PDF, print it, and mail to us with a check
- Download the registration form at the bottom of the page and fax to us or send as an email attachment. We will then send you a link to pay by credit card.
If you are using a different card than attendee please write attendee name in notes with OE tracker number
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations are subject to a $75 fee. No refund or credit is given after September 1st or for no-shows.
NO EXCEPTIONS. By registering for the course you are agreeing to these terms.
CONFIRMATION will be EMAILED to you after payment has been processed.
We communicate almost exclusively by email so make sure that our email is on your safe list so our emails don’t go into your spam folder.
All courses are COPE approved. It is your responsibility to see if your state accepts these for CE credit

The agendas and prices for all events are subject to change. All courses are submitted to ARBO for COPE approval. It is your responsibility to see if your state accepts these courses for license renewal. Sponsors and exhibitors will be given names and addresses of attendees -- no emails or phone numbers. Our live in person meetings typically include a hot breakfast and lunch buffet. There may be an additional charge for special dietary needs.
